Lead Specialist, Application Data Cloud Security
Requirements
Must have:
– A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a typical reflection of 5 years or more. – Comprehensive knowledge and skills in development, security, and operations within cloud environments. – Familiarity with data management practices and cybersecurity measures.
Responsibilities:
- I will design and implement tools and processes for development, security, and operations, including multi-cloud capabilities to enhance our security posture. – I will create and operate security controls for software as a service or platform as a service to ensure protection of applications and data in cloud environments. – I will lead initiatives related to data lineage, data protection, and compliance, ensuring secure handling of data. – I will oversee the cybersecurity delivery to safeguard enterprise resource planning systems, evaluating risks and recommending strategies for preparedness. – I will monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement. – I will collaborate with the data privacy function during incidents to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. – I will conduct quality assurance testing, suggesting continual enhancements to our security processes and tools. – I will quantify and communicate performance metrics to align our efforts with organizational goals and security standards. – I will work closely with cybersecurity colleagues, data privacy partners, industry experts, and various internal and external teams to uphold effective data protection protocols and achieve our business objectives.

This position is located in Wayzata, MN. The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $105,000.00 to $178,000. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. This range may be adjusted based on geographical differentials relevant to the position’s location. Additionally, this role is eligible for a discretionary incentive award, dependent on both company and individual performance. At Cargill, we prioritize our people.
