Must have:

– Ability to Obtain U.S. Secret — Interim Pre-Start & Final Post Start – 3 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, including Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration, and Testing – 3 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer utilizing the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework – 3 years of experience guiding a team through the evolution of agile processes

Responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple Scrum Teams effectively – Facilitate scaled agile processes for engineering groups – Enhance communication and cooperation among Agile teams – Guide team members and stakeholders in SAFe and Agile methodologies – Address or escalate obstacles to progress and encourage continuous improvement – Aid in developing and maintaining PI Planning Roadmaps and Program Vision – Generate and clarify both Agile and program-specific metrics

We are currently seeking a Software Release Train Engineer (Senior/Lead) to join our Ground Software Engineering team in El Segundo, CA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Satellite Systems Software Engineering organization. Our team designs software tools and services for the world’s most advanced satellite and ground systems for both U.S. Government and commercial clients. In this role, you will lead the Agile Release Train, providing direction to cross-functional teams that plan, commit, develop, and deliver software products. This position requires strong technical knowledge paired with superb leadership and communication abilities.
