Must have:

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline is mandatory. A strong regulatory background is essential. The ideal applicant will have a proven record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in challenging environments, along with deep knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps. A solid understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, GCP), and contemporary data stacks is required. Additionally, we are looking for someone with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:

In this position, I will define and lead our enterprise-wide AI strategy to align with business objectives. I aim to partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact AI opportunities across different functions. I will champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and ethical AI usage. Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and platforms will be one of my key responsibilities. I am committed to ensuring the scalability, performance, and governance of our AI solutions while driving the adoption of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. I will build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers, fostering cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, product, and business teams. Additionally, I will invest in talent development through mentorship, training, and career growth programs, while establishing frameworks for responsible AI, incorporating fairness, transparency, and compliance. Collaborating with legal, risk, and compliance teams will be crucial to ensure regulatory alignment, and I will also perform other duties as necessary.
