Requirements

Must have:

I am looking for candidates with 2-5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development. A solid grasp of the ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting is required. Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub will be beneficial. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations is a must. Additionally, I value individuals who thrive in a collaborative team environment and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

In this role, I expect you to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM modules. You will customize and configure ServiceNow applications and services. It will be important for you to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will also participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization. Maintaining workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support integration efforts with other systems and platforms, ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
