Job Summary for the Provided Job Descriptions:

  • Perform Breakfix/Technical Operations support for data centers in various locations (Kansas City, MO; Richmond & Henrico, VA; Newton County, GA).
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware issues on servers and network equipment.
  • Execute Layer 1 (physical layer) tasks including cabling, racking, and equipment installations.
  • Provide on-site operational support for data center infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, repairs, and changes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the data center.
  • Respond to incident tickets and service requests promptly.
  • Support both planned and emergency maintenance activities as required.
