Sr. System Testing Analyst I

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, System Testing I to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role is onsite.

What you’ll do:

***** Plan, develop, and execute test strategies, test cases, and automated scripts for cloud-native, containerized, and migrated applications in AWS.

• Lead functional, regression, integration, system, failover, performance, API, and compliance testing.
• Manage test plans and defects using TestRail and JIRA/Confluence; support Agile sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in stand-ups, maintain documentation in Confluence, and ensure updates meet CMS security and performance standards.
• Mentor testing staff and drive process improvements for cloud-hosted application testing.****

**What you need:**

*** Strong background in Agile testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Key Technologies: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch), Selenium (WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG), SQL & API Testing (Postman, SoapUI), Test Management (TestRail, JIRA/Confluence), Compliance Testing (HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST-800, 508/WCAG).

*** Medicare domain experience preferred.

• Nice to have: GitHub Actions, DevOps practices, AWS DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Step Functions.****
