Server Analyst

Hansen Talent Group is seeking aServer Analyst to join a hybrid team in Columbia, SC. This role will focus on server operations, monitoring, and performance analysis across multiple platforms and requires 3 days/week onsite.

What you ll do:

• Analyze server workloads, performance, and utilization trends

• Compile and review operational data, directing tests for new or modified systems

• Interface with users, consultants, and vendors to evaluate requirements and support implementation

• Monitor server performance and maintain documentation, security, and disaster recovery processes

• Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and technical support for server environments

• Support projects, system maintenance, and vulnerability management activities

What you need:

• Strong knowledge of server technologies, platforms, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, infrastructure management, Ansible, and scripting (Bash, Perl, YAML)

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Preferred: AIX, Solaris, vulnerability management, security compliance

• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
