Location :Tampa,FL
***Must Haves: Python for OOP not scripting, Flask highly preferred, or FastAPI OR Django,
Nice to Haves: PyTest, AWS, SQL, Payments/Banking domain
Interviews: 2 rounds – zoom is fine. 2 nd round is purely technical
Additional Notes: Needs to have deep understanding of the python basics – 3 rd argument, what is range in python

Additional Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Strong understanding of PL/SQL
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models

Job Family Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong foundation in application development across multiple technologies and design techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile environments and a solid grasp of modern software engineering practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software solutions

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within common frameworks

  • Familiarity with:

  • Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD)

  • Test Driven Development (TDD)

  • Cloud development

  • Application resiliency and security best practices

  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages

  • Working knowledge of software engineering disciplines including:

  • Business analysis

  • Development

  • Testing

  • Deployment

  • Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute standard software solutions including design, development, and technical troubleshooting
  • Write secure, high-quality Python code with limited guidance
  • Design and develop software with consideration for upstream/downstream systems and technical implications
  • Utilize tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance automation and delivery
  • Apply technical troubleshooting to resolve basic complexity issues
  • Learn and implement system processes and methodologies for secure and stable code development
  • Demonstrate understanding of software engineering concepts through formal training or certification and 5 years of applied experience
  • Develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages
  • Build and deploy machine learning models
