You have deep knowledge of the retail market and believe that visual merchandising is critical to the success of the business.GENERAL Support Manager of Visual Merchandising in implementing brand strategies in collaboration with the US Retail, Wholesale, Store Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.Responsible for planning, developing and implementing the US Visual Merchandising directives within North America in line with brand image and Global VM standardsWeekly visits to West Coast region stores including Wholesale locations to ensure VM standards are implemented and upkept.IN-STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISINGExecute Visual Merchandising changes for West Coast Region. Partner with Store Managers and Regional Directors to ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines and deadlines are met.Follow up on VM Planograms and compile as directed by Manager of Visual MerchandisingEnsure maintenance of all Stores and follow up on outstanding repair & maintenance issues to ensure optimal brand integrityCompile and review weekly photos to ensure stores are consistent with the visual standards and provide feedback as neededAdapt Global Visual direction based on Regional and Store needs and inventoryManage implementation of seasonal windows and instore visuals.
