Position Overview

Were seeking a hands-on Controller with construction accounting experience to manage daily financial operations, lead a small team, and ensure project financials are accurate and compliant. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a big impact!

️ Key Responsibilities

Lead general accounting, job costing, and billing

Partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting & reporting

Manage month-end close & financial statements

Oversee AP, AR, and payroll

Ensure compliance with tax & regulatory requirements

Collaborate with project teams for accurate financial tracking

Optimize financial & construction software systems

Qualifications

️ 5 years in construction accounting

️ Proficiency in Foundation, Sage 300/Timberline, or similar

️ Familiarity with Procore or similar PM software

️ Strong job costing & AI billing experience

️ Sales tax compliance knowledge is a plus

️ Excellent leadership & communication skills

️ Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
