Customer Care Representative Onsite

Schedule:

Friday–Monday| 3:00 PM — 11:00 PM

Two weeks of paid on-site training required (flexible daytime hours).
Responsibilities:
-
Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.

Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.

Document all communications in the CRM platform.

Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
1+ year of high-volume call center experience.

Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year).

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment.

Must pass a routine criminal background check.
