ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an experienced Account Representative for a high performing State Farm Independent Agency, your valued expertise is vital to the continued growth and development of our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs. Improving the lives of our customers is our primary focus.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide accurate insurance quotes and bound policies
• Educate customers and prospective customers on insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Provide timely responses and Handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in providing customer service or sales preferred.
