ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Outside Commercial Lines Producer with Ryan Shumate State Farm, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.*THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED ROLE WITH A $2,500 MONTH DRAW AGAINST COMMISION*

• 10% commission on raw new business auto and fire
• 1000 Bonus at 20k P&C
• 1000 Bonus at 30k P&C
• 1000 Bonus at 40k P&CRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain business insurance customer relationships.
• Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to business customers.
• Produce at least 20k Premium/ month.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
