Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain strategy to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This is an on-site position based in our Beirut office at BDD and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or excess.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to forecast demand and manage supply plans.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delays, quality issues, or cost overruns.

• Establish KPIs and use data analytics to monitor performance and improve operations.

• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement strategies, and inventory control.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and French are a plus).
