Product Marketing Manager — Non-Human Identity Cybersecurity Startup

Our client, an early-stage startup in the non-human identity cybersecurity space , is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and help shape the launch of cutting-edge security solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves building GTM strategies from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the product marketing strategy for innovative non-human identity solutions.
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with technical and business audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to execute launches, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.
- Create sales enablement content—presentations, datasheets, battle cards, and more—to empower the sales team.
- Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs to refine messaging and inform product strategy.
- Be the first on the ground in your region, driving adoption and awareness in key markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven product marketing experience with early-stage GTM success, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience launching products and driving positioning in startup environments.
- Deep understanding of non-human identity, cybersecurity, or related technical solutions.
- Self-starter with a “first on the ground” mindset, comfortable building processes, programs, and messaging from scratch.
- Strong collaboration, storytelling, and communication skills—able to translate complex tech into clear business value.
- Located in the Southeast, Central, or Pacific Northwest regions of the US.
