About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for streamlining development operations, automating workflows, and enhancing deployment processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our cloud-native healthcare platform. Your expertise will contribute to modernizing our cloud infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and driving automation initiatives that accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of security and compliance. You will collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is based at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital health technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles
- Proven expertise with AWS cloud services, including security, performance optimization, and cost management
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog
- Experience managing Windows Servers, IIS, SSL/TLS certificates, and related infrastructure
- Understanding of network fundamentals, cloud security best practices, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior engineers and leading initiatives
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize AWS cloud environments to ensure security, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software deployment
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and other tools for consistent infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues using DataDog and other observability platforms
- Manage containerization workflows with Kubernetes to enhance scalability and resource utilization
- Continuously optimize cloud resources for performance and cost savings
- Enable developer self-service capabilities through GitOps, APIs, and automated tooling
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, IIS, SSL/TLS certificates, and related services
- Respond rapidly to incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement effective resolutions
- Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory compliance standards across cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and foster a collaborative team environment
