At Voyage Health we breed winners.Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.Document and report test results in a timely manner.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Engage in performance measurement and target achievement activities.Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in the lab.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory policies.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test findings.Analyze and interpret laboratory data to assist in patient diagnosis.Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.Support the development of new laboratory procedures and techniques.Experience/Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or similar role.Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.Ability to work in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.Strong analytical skills to interpret laboratory data.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals.Eagerness to develop new laboratory procedures and techniques.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in laboratory settings.Strong customer service skills for patient interactions.Experience with inventory management of laboratory supplies.What’s in it for you?
