This job will have the following responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DAS Construction Engineer to join our team for a high-impact contract role supporting the in-building wireless deployment for Super Bowl LX. This position plays a critical role in the successful execution of over 30 high-priority DAS projects, working closely with our Principal Engineer and technical leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in DAS construction and design, capable of independently managing complex deployments under tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Act as a technical lead in client-facing meetings, providing real-time analysis and solutions aligned with project goals.

Manage the full lifecycle of DAS and in-building wireless projects, from design review to construction oversight and final delivery.

Supervise construction vendors to ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Review RF designs, iBwave documentation, construction drawings, and BOMs for accuracy and feasibility.

Collaborate with venue management, internal teams, and external partners to resolve logistical and technical challenges.

Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely execution.

Deliver concise status updates on project milestones, budgets, and progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications:

Expert-level experience with Ericsson and JMA DAS equipment.

Proven ability to make confident, real-time decisions in client-facing environments.

Strong track record in managing large-scale DAS and small cell deployments.

Proficiency in reviewing and validating construction drawings, iBwave designs, BOMs, and vendor quotes.

Highly autonomous and capable of driving projects independently.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with CommScope, Solid, Corning OEM equipment.

Knowledge of PIM, Sweep, and Fiber testing standards.

Prior deployments in large public venues (stadiums, airports, arenas).

PMP certification is a plus.

Familiarity with Bay Area permitting and jurisdictional processes.
