We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Platform Product Manager to support the evolution and delivery of web and app experience platforms. This role is part of the Marketing Technology team and focuses on Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets), Adobe Target, and related optimization tools. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between marketing, product, and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable platform enhancements.

You’ll be joining a dynamic Marketing Technology team undergoing a major transformation. As Business Analyst for Web & App Experience, you’ll help shape the tools that drive personalization, streamline content delivery, and elevate digital experiences for customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap and backlog for experience platforms including AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Target, DAM, and Adobe Campaign
- Collaborate with Web Marketing to ensure platform capabilities support CRO, SEO, and campaign execution
- Translate business objectives into clear platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Partner with IT and global stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements, integrations, and ensure system reliability
- Enable marketing teams through training and documentation, bridging the gap between technical delivery and business adoption
- Define and track KPIs for platform usage, adoption, and impact (e.g., personalization velocity, content reuse, test performance)
- Assess platform maturity, identify improvement areas, and support expansion into app and authenticated user environments
- Represent marketing needs in enterprise forums, ensuring platforms meet compliance, governance, and scalability standards

Location:
- Hybrid role based in Boston, NYC, or Miami
- Onsite presence required 2 days per week
- Fully remote candidates will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- 9 years of professional experience
- 5 years in product/platform management or MarTech/AdTech roles
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets) and Adobe Target
- Deep understanding of web/app optimization, CRO, SEO, and personalization strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate between business and technical teams
- Proven ability to onboard and enable business users on new tools
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional squads
- Familiarity with agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and user story creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- Background in first-time AEM implementations
- Experience setting up and managing a DAM system for marketing operations
