Program Manager – Data & Analytics | Broker-Dealer & Wealth Management

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX | St. Cloud, MN | Los Angeles, CA | San Diego, CA | Des Moines, IA

Overview

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives within the broker-dealer and wealth management domain. This role will drive cross-functional programs that modernize data ecosystems, strengthen governance, and deliver actionable insights that power smarter business and client decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of program or project management experience leading enterprise initiatives.

  • 3-5 years of experience driving data & analytics or technology modernization programs.

  • Proven background in broker-dealer, wealth management, or asset management environments.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and BI ecosystems.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Confluence, and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex programs spanning data strategy, architecture, BI, and analytics initiatives.

  • Partner with technology, data governance, and business leadership to align objectives and establish program roadmaps.

  • Oversee execution across Agile or hybrid delivery models, ensuring milestones, budgets, and compliance targets are met.

  • Manage stakeholder communication, steering committees, and executive reporting to ensure visibility and alignment.

  • Enforce data governance, regulatory compliance (SEC/FINRA), and quality standards across systems and teams.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks platforms.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (SEC, FINRA, GDPR, CCPA).

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
