• Full Financial Stateement and General ledger Responsibility
• Payroll
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Insurance and Banking
• Contract Review
• Act as liaison between management company and service companies
• Create and maintain annual company budget
• Review monthly financial statements for service companies
• Update and maintain workflow charts
• Update and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Assist external CPA with tax returns and audits

Requirements:

• 10+ years accounting experience
• Directly manage a staff of up to 12+ people
• Construction/Subcontractor Industry Experience
• Viewpoint Highly desired
• CPA a Must
