Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues courteously and efficiently.
- Handle customer support requests via phone, ServiceNow, email, and in-person.
- Document and track all problem/resolution activity to ensure timely resolution.
- Install basic PC software applications (MS Office, Citrix, etc.).
- Stage and configure new and existing desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting in corporate environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
