Title: IT Desktop Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues courteously and efficiently.
  • Handle customer support requests via phone, ServiceNow, email, and in-person.
  • Document and track all problem/resolution activity to ensure timely resolution.
  • Install basic PC software applications (MS Office, Citrix, etc.).
  • Stage and configure new and existing desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting in corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
