Job Description Controller – ConstructionOur well established client needs a “Hands on” Controller with construction industry (job costing) experience. Typical work week is only 40 hours.This role will supervise one accounting clerk and be responsible for the monthly close and reporting to the owners.
Responsible for all job costing, bank reconciliations and budget.
This role will also handle risk management and human resources.Degree in Accounting a must
10 or more years of accounting experience with at least five in construction
