Health Information Specialist – Per Diem

Job DescriptionHealth Information Specialist is primarily responsible for the maintenance, auditing, disclosure, and release of the medical record in both paper and electronic format, including but not limited to: scanning, capturing, and uploading documents; analyzing the chart for accuracy and completeness; and reconciling and destruction of paper charts and records.
