Who We Are Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago’s Loop. What We Do We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov’t & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners. DTI has an immediate need for a Operations Coordinator for a 2 Months contract Must work on our W2 Job Title: Operations Coordinator Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 2 Months contract (10/3/2025 – 12/31/2025)** Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with PC Applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in providing extraordinary customer service with both internal and external customers
- Ability to perform duties with limited direction
- Preferred for Selection:Basic understanding of the utility industry – experience with Client, Salesforce, and SAP
Responsibilities
- This position will provide clerical support to the Gas Operations Integration Center.
- Timely and accurate preparation of work
- Highly efficient team environment

- Administrative efficiencies and improvements
- Excellent internal and external customer service
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation, update and execution of Client and SAP orders
- Utilization of various PC Applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
- E-mail using the Lotus Notes application
- Quality customer service
- Preparation of correspondence
- Cohesive team work
- Office administration
- Customer complaint process
Comments/Special Instructions: will be onsite at 290 w. nationwide bv. parking is available at mcconnell garage.
