An established and growing environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner / Project Manager to play a key leadership role in their Bay Area operations. This is a strategic position focused on managing and delivering complex energy sector projects, including utilities, transmission, and distribution infrastructure across California.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage environmental projects with a focus on CEQA and NEPA compliance for energy, utility, transmission, and distribution projects
- Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to clients and project teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Mentor and lead internal teams to ensure project success and technical excellence
- Work closely with company leadership, with direct reporting to the C-Suite
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing environmental planning projects under CEQA and NEPA, ideally within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure space
- Proven track record as a seller-doer, with experience winning work and expanding client relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Based in the Bay Area with a willingness to engage in both in-person leadership and hybrid collaboration
