Senior Business Analyst (Cybersecurity | PAM & MDM)

Nutanix is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) implementation projects.
This is a high-impact role where technology, security, and business strategy meet — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
You’ll serve as the bridge between cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. Your work will directly shape how Nutanix manages secure access, compliance, and user adoption across the enterprise.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cybersecurity and IT teams to define and document PAM and MDM requirements.
- Map current and future (“as-is / to-be”) business processes to improve security and efficiency.
- Design workflows and integrations with enterprise systems like ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure alignment on project scope and goals.
- Support compliance, risk, and change management efforts tied to SOX, GDPR, and internal security policies.
What You Bring
- 5 years as a Business Analyst on large-scale IT or cybersecurity projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering , process mapping , and functional documentation.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Excellent communicator who can work across both technical and non-technical teams.
Bonus Points
- Experience with CyberArk or other enterprise PAM platforms.
- Familiarity with service account discovery , compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR), or Agile environments.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and integrations with security systems.
