This role is essential to supporting daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with responsibilities ranging from equipment monitoring to assembly and inspection.About the Role
As a Production Associate/Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks to facilitate production, including operating equipment, assembling units, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Replenish materials and supplies as needed
  • Assemble units using hand and power tools according to product specifications
  • Perform general warehouse duties including picking and packing
  • Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality
  • Maintain equipment and clean production areas
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Safely lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
