Salary Range: $175, 000 – $190, 000
Bonus Potential: 15%Lead the technical direction and innovation of software development, delivering high-quality, scalable applications. Drive microservices architecture using Node.Js, React, and PostgreSQL, mentor engineers, and align solutions with business goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Define scalable, maintainable architectural vision using Node.Js, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement high-quality, full-stack features, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Enforce best practices for code quality, unit/end-to-end testing, and documentation.
• Mentor engineering teams, fostering technical growth and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead complex technical projects, architectural discussions, and design reviews.
• Drive process improvements and evaluate emerging technologies for applicability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in software development with expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in Node.Js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL;familiarity with MongoDB/Redis.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep knowledge of software design principles, database design, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to resolve technical issues and convey complex concepts.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers for cross-browser compatible implementations.

Note: This is a technical leadership role, not a people management position. Emphasis is on scalable microservices design and compliance with best practices.
