Software Engineer

Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in College Park, GA with experience designing and implementing manufacturing information systems, databases, HMIs, and distributed systems. We have a fantastic opportunity for a capable, creative, and initiative-taking professional who wants a career in automation systems integration.Required Education and Experience:  BS or MS degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,or similar discipline At least four (4) years of experience designing and implementing manufacturing information systems and HMI’s Experience with manufacturing information systems from Rockwell FactoryTalk, Inductive Automation Ignition, Wonderware ArchestrA and Siemens Experience with Rockwell Automation PanelView and similar HMI products Experience in integrating PLC-based manufacturing information systems with applications such asProcess Monitoring, Traceability, OEE, MES, Quality and ERP systems Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases Experience with Ethernet/IP and other industrial networks Programming experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server**Preferred Skills and Knowledge: ** Experience with machine vision systems and data collection technologies (bar code, RFID)Some travel included, estimated at 15 — 20%, which is primarily startup at customer sites.*Machines & technologies you’ll use:
