About The Role We’re looking for a dynamic and assertive Project Manager with a strong IT background and the ability to thrive in complex environments. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical understanding with executive-level communication, while keeping projects organized and teams motivated. You will manage the full project lifecycle for building an inventory system in a healthcare warehouse environment, beginning with an end-to-end hardware/equipment inventory and moving toward implementing process and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams, developing clear work plans and monitoring milestones.
• Conduct a full inventory of hardware and equipment across multiple warehouse sites.
• Build a RACI framework to clarify responsibilities and inform next steps in system design.
• Manage projects using both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies depending on the need.
• Track project costs against budgets and proactively develop mitigation plans for risks or delays.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, warehouse operations, and leadership to align on priorities.
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical teams, refining information as needed for each audience.
• Ensure quality and integrity of project deliverables and enforce organizational standards.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Influence decisions and gain consensus across multiple teams on scope, staffing, and issue resolution.

Success Metrics

• Accurate and complete baseline inventory of warehouse hardware and equipment.
• Delivery of a RACI model that clearly defines ownership and accountability.
• On-time completion of key project milestones with minimal variance to budget.
• Adoption of improved systems and processes that enhance warehouse operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction with project communication and outcomes.
