• Description: CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson ND. General Surgery is looking for 2 Locums to cover 10 days/month of call coverage starting in December. The site is flexible and will work around locum providers schedule. Any contractor accepted will need to go through payor enrollment. Dates of coverage: Dec 2025-Ongoing Details:10 days of call coverage. We also will look at candidates who are also IMLC in process in addition to full IMLC RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION: Malpractice — Must be included in rates. Orientation — 175 – half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours” Holiday — 525 – Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. “Per holiday hour no OT” On Call Daily — 2700 – “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate – 4050 – “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis Call Back — 350 — “Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.” Holiday Call Back — 525 — “Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.” Average Callback Hours: 3.4 hours QampA: Will this be a pure call coverage or will they need to do Clinic and Call? How may days per month do they need coverage for? 10 days of call coverage If there is clinic what are the clinic hours and surgery days? – Monday 8-5 Clinic Tuesday – Surgery – Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule Wednesday 8-5 Clinic Thursday – Surgery – Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule Friday 8-2 Clinic. Trauma Level: IV Bed count: 25 Surgery: Scheduled M-F. Emergent: 7 days/week 24/7 Call: 24/7/365 Call response time: 20 mins Average daily census: 15 Average number GS patients per 24 hrs of call: 0-5 GS needs to be available for phone consults admissions and rounding on GS patients-only Agency physician will not supervise any APP Anesthesia coverage is provided by CRNA group Required Procedures: Abdominal Endoscopy Liver Stomach Gallbladders Appendix Colon Laparoscopy Spleen Preferred: Pediatrics Thyroid Pulmonary Vascular Not required: Amputations Csections Hysts Respirator Care Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites — 1430 Sims St. Dickinson ND. 58601 **Please return completed application within 7 days Please note vendor is responsible for provider background screening and 12-panel drug screening after offer acceptance.
