Experience Required Lead Our Door-to-Door Marketing Division to VictoryAre you a proven Canvassing Manager who knows how to build and lead high-performing teams? Great Lakes Home is looking for an experienced, strategic, and competitive leader to take our Cleveland canvassing operation to the next level. If you know how to hire, train, and motivate canvassers to deliver massive lead generation success, this is your shot.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Recruit, train, and develop a 6 person canvassing team

  • Lead and motivate your team daily — including ride-alongs & field coaching when needed

  • Implement high-impact scripts and deep canvassing techniques

  • Monitor team performance and drive results using clear KPIs

  • Manage timesheets, track daily production, and report results to leadership

  • Create a culture of competition, growth, and winning

  • Proven Canvassing Management experience (required)
