IT Help Desk Support Specialist – Level 2
ABC Imaging is a global Printing and Media company, providing One Stop Visual Solutions to the Fortune 500 Companies worldwide. Locations in USA, London, Dubai and Shanghai. One Stop Solution.We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced IT Help Desk Support Specialist who can become an integral member of our team.Responsibilities include:

Level 2 technical support with Apple Mac’s and Windows based computers and servers

Install operating systems, migrations, upgrades, etc.

Install and maintain virtual machines
-
Setup new or move existing computer hardware and software
-
Troubleshoot user issues as they arise
-
Knowledge of cybersecurity and response methods
-
Run CAT6 cables where needed, and terminate
-
Maintenance and updates on servers and workstations
-
Active Directory updates for users
-
Basic knowledge of camera systems and access control
-
Identifying technical problems and resolving issues quickly.
-
Administration of Microsoft Office 365
-
Maintain product inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed
-
Work with large format printers and print servers
-
Basic knowledge of Caldera and Oris print software
-
Basic knowledge of VoIP phones
-
Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
-
Basic knowledge of PSA’s and RMM’s.
-
Basic project management skills
-
Work on time-sensitive tasks with hard deadlines.
-
Role will have multiple duties or projects at once
-
Organization skills are critical
