Healthcare Facets Analyst

Requirements:

• 5+ years in System Analysis with supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders experience; multi-platform experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• 3+ years’ experience working in the Facets application
• 3+years in Medicare/Medicaid membership and billing modules
• Should possess a strong understanding of SQL Server, front-end screens, as well as batch jobs in Medicare enrollment and member maintenance
• Should possess very good SQL skills for analysis tasks
• Should be able to break down epics to stories that can be assigned to developers effectively
• Should be familiar with the member enrollment process flows
• Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behaviour
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment would be a plus
