We are seeking a Veeva System Manager to lead the administration and optimization of the Vault Regulatory Suite, supporting global regulatory operations. The role includes system engineering responsibilities to align regulatory workflows with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Vault Regulatory modules (Submissions, Submissions Archive, Registrations).
• Ensure system compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.).
• Lead validation, documentation, and audit readiness efforts.
• Monitor submission timelines, registration data, and system performance.

System Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs leaders to gather business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on system enhancements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for regulatory process optimization.
• Translate regulatory needs into scalable Vault solutions.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite.
• Understanding of regulatory submission processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience in stakeholder collaboration, system validation, and compliance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
