Preferred Certifications/Licenses: CompTIA A+ Certification
Job Description
Rose International is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Chesterfield, MO. This onsite role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to internal users.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with TCP/IP, Active Directory, and basic networking protocols
Required Soft Skills:
Strong customer service orientation
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Certification:
CompTIA A+ Certification
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac environments
Utilize the internal ticketing system to manage and resolve technical requests
Perform desk-side troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and phones
Set up and configure new PCs and peripheral devices for users
Ship and handle PC equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed
Physically install and connect equipment, including crawling or bending under desks
