responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create and update manufacturing documentation.
• Rewrite manufacturing instructions by reviewing existing documentation, capturing images of the assembly process, and consolidating various notes and job aids into a cohesive, standardized format.
• Generate and review new work instructions and associated documentation, ensuring all materials are clear and ready for use on the production floor.
• Develop visual aids to support manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with assemblers and other team members to ensure all documentation is accurate and reflects best practices.

qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a related field.

• 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing team or as a product line lead.

• Proficiency in Teamcenter (Product Lifecycle Management) and NX (CAD/CAM/CAE).

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools for creating presentations and visual aids.

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion.
