About the Role

We are seeking a Test Engineer to support test bench operations for the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) of a production space payload program. This role involves executing test scripts to verify software, hardware, and system requirements for space applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system-level testing of space payload components
  • Execute automated and manual test scripts for verification of requirements
  • Operate and troubleshoot RF test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and test activities
  • Document test results and support issue resolution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)

OR

  • High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience in military sensor systems (e.g., RADAR), integration and test, operations and maintenance, or control room console operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RADAR and/or Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) systems
  • Background in space payload or satellite integration and testing in cleanroom environments
  • Proficiency in C or MATLAB for code review and improvement
  • Scripting experience in Python or Tcl
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket
