Sr Corporate Accountant

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountantto join a dynmaic finance team in the Columbia, SC area. This role will strengthen financial reporting integrity, support audit readiness, and help build a robust corporate accounting function.

What you ll do:

*** Prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations.

• Partner with the Controller during audits to manage external auditor requests and documentation.
• Research and apply GAAP guidance, draft technical memos, and ensure compliance for complex transactions.
• Maintain transfer pricing processes and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate across teams to improve internal controls and accounting workflows.
• Support year-end and quarter-end reporting, including rollforwards and supporting schedules.**

What you need:

***** CPA required (active or in progress).

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate consolidations.
• Strong GAAP and audit experience with multi-entity environments.
• Proven ability to prepare technical accounting memos.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).****
