Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Financial Reporting & GL Analyst to join a dynamic finance team in Columbia, SC. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with financial reporting, analysis, and system improvement initiatives.

What you ll do:

***** Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.

• Prepare variance analyses, trend reports, and ad hoc reconciliations.
• Partner with accounting to clean up the GL, improve the chart of accounts, and enhance reporting systems.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for leadership.
• Assist with financial audits and provide supporting documentation to external auditors.****

**What you need:**

*** Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with financial reporting or variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, automation).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**
