Skill Set:
Systems Analyst attached to Scrum Team. BPO – business Process orchestration tools – 13 apps – all focused on logical systems (exception of one UI element) – team is heavily working on AWS and backend development.
Needs someone that can interpret the business req and make technical specifications / map out needed changes with respect to the applications. HM has had good success with those formerly QA (automated and manual). High level understanding of AWS, Test driven development, Backend Systems, APIs, and SQL is needed. Candidates should be analytical and forecasting with respect to system design for a given business ask.
Strong understanding of Agile, iterative SDLC, and common tooling (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, etc.) is needed.
The ability to ask questions aimed at further uncovering possible flaws, impediments, dependencies and further understanding of the requirement is a must.
qualifications:
5 years of experience as a System Analyst for software solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science
Deep experience in software development, with at least 6 years working with engineering teams in SDLC environment
Ability to perform technical analysis of Cloud and distributed technologies (AWS concepts and console navigation, Swagger, API concepts, Spring Core, XML, JSON, etc.)
Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills
Working understanding of QA automation
Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
