Private Credit Finance Manager

The top alternative asset management firm in Boston is looking to bring on a new Private Credit Finance Manager to their team to lead the finance and accounting function for the PC strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and audits for the private credit funds

• Manage a team of Finance Associates

• Draft and review quarterly investor letters

• Review capital allocation and fund NAV

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• MBA, CPA, CFA preferred

• 6+ years of experience (combination of public accounting and/or private credit/BDC industry experience)
