Title: IT/Project Support Analyst (Non Infrastructure / Helpdesk)
Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid (Local candidates/open to relocation)
Duration: Long-term contract
No. of positions: 5
In this role, you will:

  • Support users under the guidance of the Solution Desk Manager
  • Handle inquiries via ServiceNow, phone, and email, and manage tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions
  • Document and track inquiries and propose improvements

What We re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT service/support function
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
