In this role, you will:
- Support users under the guidance of the Solution Desk Manager
- Handle inquiries via ServiceNow, phone, and email, and manage tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions
- Document and track inquiries and propose improvements
What We re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT service/support function
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
