Analyst, Database II

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Database Analyst II to work for a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

What you’ll do:

• Design and manage complex logical and physical database structures to support enterprise systems.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot databases for performance, capacity, and availability.

• Lead cloud database migrations, deployments, and performance tuning.

• Ensure security, compliance, and recoverability through backups, DR strategies, and monitoring.

• Provide technical guidance and mentor less experienced team members.

What you need:

• Strong SQL tuning, cloud database expertise (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).

• Knowledge of compliance/security frameworks (FedRAMP, HIPAA, NIST).
