• Lead & Inspire – Supervise Maintenance Supervisors, Electricians, and Mechanics in a dynamic production setting.

• Safety First – Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Shift Stability – Work 4 PM – 2 AM CDT, ensuring top-tier maintenance support during crucial hours.
• Relocation Assistance – Will provide temporary housing and cover expense of your household move.

What They’re Looking For:

Technical Expertise – Strong mechanical/electrical skills (PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical).
Leadership Excellence – Proven experience supervising teams of 15 in a manufacturing environment (supervisors are welcome to apply) .

Problem Solver – Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions.
Strong Communicator – Skilled in training, team collaboration, and high-level decision-making.
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
Resilient & Approachable – Works well in high-pressure environments, fostering strong working relationships.
