Job Title: Integration Technical Service Manager

Location: Hanover, MD (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Technical Service Manager to oversee multiple enterprise-level integration projects and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with expertise in middleware, APIs, and cloud technologies such as MuleSoft, AWS, and Azure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical integration projects and ensure delivery quality, scalability, and performance.

  • Manage both on-site and offshore technical teams while maintaining project health and stakeholder alignment.

  • Develop and implement service strategies, SLAs, KPIs, and operational policies.

  • Collaborate with development and support teams to streamline release management and deployment processes.

  • Drive improvements in service quality, customer experience, and program efficiency.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • Provide leadership in solving technical and project-level challenges.

  • Ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability through API and middleware integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in technical integration roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps).

  • Excellent understanding of APIs, web services, middleware , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Terraform) and service frameworks (ITIL).

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and complex stakeholder environments.

  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).

  • Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
