Location: Hanover, MD (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Technical Service Manager to oversee multiple enterprise-level integration projects and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with expertise in middleware, APIs, and cloud technologies such as MuleSoft, AWS, and Azure.
Responsibilities:

Oversee technical integration projects and ensure delivery quality, scalability, and performance.

Manage both on-site and offshore technical teams while maintaining project health and stakeholder alignment.

Develop and implement service strategies, SLAs, KPIs, and operational policies.

Collaborate with development and support teams to streamline release management and deployment processes.

Drive improvements in service quality, customer experience, and program efficiency.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Provide leadership in solving technical and project-level challenges.

Ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability through API and middleware integration.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred).

5+ years of experience in technical integration roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Strong experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps).

Excellent understanding of APIs, web services, middleware , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Terraform) and service frameworks (ITIL).

Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:

Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).

Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
