Associate – Data Management

Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually – $65,000.00 USD Annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate to join our Data Management team. The ideal candidate will support data governance, data quality, and Master Data Management (MDM) projects and operations across various business units. This role is perfect for someone early in their data career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, validation, and maintenance of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Support data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values.
- Contribute to MDM operations including data stewardship, hierarchy management, and master data validation.
- Participate in data migration, integration, and MDM-related projects.
- Help implement and monitor data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Maintain documentation related to data definitions, data lineage, and metadata.
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate reports and dashboards.
- Provide support for data audits, compliance efforts, and data governance reviews.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Python or Java for data manipulation and integration.
- Willingness to pursue certifications in MDM, DQ or DG ( INFA MDM, Reltio, STIBO, Syndigo, Collibra, Ataccama, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of data architecture principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and database concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
