A recognized tech services company is actively seeking a new ServiceNow IRM & App Engine Consultant to lead the design and implementation of risk and compliance solutions across our financial services operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules

  • Design and develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow App Engine to support risk and compliance initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, audit, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Configure and extend ServiceNow using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Integration Hub

  • Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to security and regulatory standards

  • Provide guidance on platform best practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, Basel III)

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on IRM/GRC implementations

  • Strong understanding of financial services risk frameworks and regulatory environments

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, and REST APIs

  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules and data model

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
