Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Marketing Associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance development.
• Oversee creative direction for marketing materials including print layouts, digital content, promotional flyers, email campaigns, and more.
• Act as the central point of coordination between creative and merchandising teams, especially during the rollout of new product lines.
• Ensure streamlined communication between marketing, merchandising, and product development teams.
• Develop strategic positioning for new items by analyzing their relationship to existing offerings and customer needs.
• Use market research and internal data to anticipate trends and support proactive marketing decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, new product development, or related areas, with a record of successful project execution.
• Experience identifying, sourcing, or selecting product lines.
• Prior experience working with catalog marketing is advantageous.
